§ 1 Information regarding the collection of personal data

(1) Below, we provide you with information about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be attributed to you personally, e.g. name, address, email addresses, user behavior.

(3) When you contact us by email or through the contact form, the data you provide us with (your email address, and, where applicable, your name and your telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. The data collected in this context will be deleted after storage is no longer required, or processing will be restricted in cases where we have to preserve records under the law.

(4) If we use subcontracted service providers for certain functions of our range of services, or if we wish to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you accordingly as stated in detail below. At the same time, we will specify the criteria laid down for the storage period.

§ 2 Your rights

(1) You have the following rights in relation to us with regard to your personal data:

–   Right to rectification or erasure;

–   Right to object the processing;

–   Right to data portability.

(2) You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.

§ 3 Collection of personal data during your visit of our website

(1) If you use the website only for information purposes, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we collect only the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data that are required for technical reasons in order to display our website to you and to guarantee stability and security (legal basis laid out in Art. 6(1) sentence 1, para (f) GDPR):

–   Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

–   Content of the request (specific page)

–   Access status/HTTP status code

–   Amount of data transferred in each case

–   Website from which the request originates

–   Browser

–   Operating system and its interface

–   Language and version of the browser software.

(2) In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive assigned to the browser you are using and through which certain information flows to the location that sets the cookie (by us in this case). Cookies cannot execute programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve the purpose of making the services provided on the Internet more user-friendly and effective overall.
